Please note the following rental policies and requirements:

Insurance: Renter is required to obtain, at its own cost and expense, commercial general liability insurance coverage that is primary and non-contributory, that shall insure all operations of the theater as additionally-insured. Waiver of subrogation applies.
Ticketing: Any and all ticketing for events at the Lansdowne Theater and its facilities must be set up, maintained, and sold via the Lansdowne Theater Box Office, and subject to Theater Restoration Fee and appropriate ticket processing and service charges, as applicable.
