Please be aware that valid tickets for shows at the Lansdowne Theater can only be purchased through the authorized ticket outlets: Etix.com and the Lansdowne Theater Box Office.
Tickets purchased from other retailers and third-party resale platforms may not be valid or guarantee admittance for entry to the performance. Protect yourself from scams and avoid unauthorized outlets and websites.
Any issues tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties – including ticket re-sale sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, et al) – must be handled directly with the seller from whom they were purchased. Patrons who have purchased from a third-party website and are unable to present your tickets at the door on show night, are unable to produce an Etix.com order confirmation number, or present an invalid ticket, may be denied entry to the performance. We do not have the ability to refund tickets purchased from a third-party website.
If you selected Will Call delivery for your tickets, please visit the Lansdowne Theater Box Office on show night and present a valid photo ID to pick up tickets. Will Call orders will be available for pickup at the Box Office starting two hours prior to the event.
The Lansdowne Box Office is scheduled to open later this year for in-person ticket purchases. Please stay tuned for hours and availability.
Accessible seating is available for purchase online at Etix.com, or at the Lansdowne Theater Box Office.

Yes, the Lansdowne Theater offers a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as an assorted selection of snacks.
The Lansdowne Theater is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit card types and mobile payments.
The Lansdowne Theater reserves the right to inspect any bags brought into the building. Failure to comply with bag inspections may result in denial of entry into the venue.
The following items are expressly prohibited inside The Lansdowne Theater:

- Flares, fireworks, & explosives
- Illegal drugs and paraphernalia
- Projectiles of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Noise-making devices such as air horns or megaphones
- Outside food, beverage, or alcohol
- Containers of any kind (glass, metal, plastic, etc.)
- Laptops or tablets
- Professional-level cameras, cameras with a removable lens, or recording equipment, unless prior approval has been given
- Selfie sticks, drones, GoPros, or action cams
- Posters, signs, banners, & flags
- Animals, with the exception of service animals
- Skateboards, Segways, bicycles, scooters, or hover boards
The Lansdowne Theater reserves the right to inspect any bags brought into the building. Any items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by venue staff will be prohibited.
Exceptions may be made for medical and religious purposes, after proper inspection.

Commercial photography and use of professional-level camera equipment is prohibited during performances except where prior permission has been obtained.
Approved photographers must pick up their Photo Pass from the Box Office on the day of the performance and adhere to all policies and limitations agreed upon in acceptance of approval.
