FAQ

Etix.com and The Lansdowne Theater Box Office are the only authorized ticket sellers for events at The Lansdowne Theater. We can only offer customer service to those who purchased directly from Etix.com or the Box Office.

Any issues that may arise with tickets from unauthorized third parties – including ticket re-sale sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, et al) – must be handled directly with the seller from whom they were purchased. Patrons who have purchased from a third-party website and are unable to present your tickets at the door on show night, are unable to produce an Etix.com order confirmation number, or present an invalid ticket, may be denied entry to the performance. We do not have the ability to refund tickets purchased from a third-party website.

Please present your photo ID at the Box Office to pick up tickets on the night of your event. The Box Office will be open for ticket pick up two hours prior to the event.

All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.

Group discounts are offered on a case-by-case basis. To find out more information, and if group rate is available for your event, please contact the box office.
